The women participation in business world becomes increasingly relevant, however there is literature that shows certain aspects that favor or limit this endeavor. In some cases correspond to formal factors such as funding, policy support and training that may explain certain performance, in others informal factors such as perception of skills, social networks and family role which explain the success or failure. We intend to review these conditions in national reality then in the light of two cases: Dina Paucar and Alejandrina Diestra, validate our findings.
