The learning that emerges from the field of the area of Art and Culture in the Regular Basic Education of Peru, on many occasions has practical implications for the development of their psychomotor capacities and in other cases theoretical. However, a follow-up of the degrees, levels and functionality of the achievement of their capacities, still requires more attention; since, measurement instruments are needed to record their progress systematically. In this sense, in this research, an instrument was designed and went through validation processes to measure one of the capacities of this area in the context of a dance called the pallos. For this, a sample of 24 students from a state institution was selected, submitted to the judgment of eight experts who validated the instrument. The results made it possible to determine that the instrument is suitable for its application within populations with similar characteristics to those of the pilot study that had been carried out on reliability.
