The difference is the essence, as such the man is unique, being those particularities the factors that lead to their development in the areas that this consigne convenient, under this perspective the human talent is sustained in the wealth or deficiency of their environment, the same ones that are an opportunity for the opening to the integration and potentiality
of the human talent, being these products the evidence of the personal and professional success. For this, the man joins tools and strategies that facilitate him to manage the data and his involvement in the practical aspect. Therefore, this research aimed to personalize the management of human talent as a self-manager of knowledge. The methodology used was the systematic review of the scientific literature with the purpose of determining the state of the question, being the discussion through primary sources that approach the subject of study, the same ones that will contribute to the critical in the organizations.
