In the field of science, the search for new knowledge that contributes to scientific methods becomes increasingly necessary. Hence the relevance and importance of Hermeneutic phenomenology, which is an approach that seeks to understand and interpret the experience in its most natural form of the phenomenon under study. In that sense, the phenomenological-hermeneutic method is part of qualitative research. This will enable the researcher to delve into reality and obtain understanding after establishing an exhaustive and reflective analysis. Its essential purpose as an approach is to provide new contributions, but not before having gone through a process of exploring the phenomenon of study, delving into the experiences of the subject and describing it to reach the most significant scale of the study: understanding regarding the study phenomenon.
