This paper is aimed at showing with some details the author”™s concern about the teaching of social sciences in our country. First, we state its evolution, through the curricular development of subjects at primary and secondary schools, as one of the demands of the Ministry of Education. Then, we establish a set of didactics according to the different pedagogical schools and finally we make coverage of the current trends teachers are applying in the classrooms. We expect to raise reflection on how we are teaching social science in today”™s globalized and polemic world. They are incorporated in the curricula in the presence of learner”™s awareness at schools and universities.
