Abstract

The present is a quasi-experimental study that aims to identify the influence of the application of the Pólya method (methodical sequence for the resolution of mathematical problems) in the academic performance and its dimensions in a group of 67 students of the E.P. of Physical Education of the National University of San Marcos in the academic semester 2017 - I. The results of the longitudinal analysis of the variables shows the existence of an influence of the Pólya method in the academic performance.
